HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

There are a few different types of people on Live Dial Team…

1) You join with camera off to just listen

This should only be you if you are brand new, in licensing/contracting, or you are waking up early before 8am to catch someone in another time zone dialing

2) You join and participate in dialing but leave your camera off

Camera on we are typically working/engaged, camera off and we are typically distracted and doing other things. Camera on is for personal accountability.

3) You join, camera on, but you never unmute

You will be spinning your wheels trying to figure out what you are doing wrong for a long time if you don’t open yourself up to criticism and feedback as quickly as possible.

4) You dial with camera on, and unmute when you get someone on the line as long as someone else isn’t dialing.

You unmute every chance that you get. You take criticism and feedback from top producers and apply what they tell you. Then you simply get better over time.

Live dials is a powerful tool.

Dialing alone is lonely.

When you dial unmuted, you typically try to overcome the objections because others are watching and you don’t want to be the person who just gives up. The more you don’t give up, the more confident you get.

When on the phone, swing for the fences to book the appointment.

Top producers get to that point by dialing the phone tens of thousands of times and being open to feedback.

Unmuting it’s the #1 thing I would attribute to setting more appointments

Find a good dial team and participate.

By not participating you are hurting yourself, making this way harder than it needs to be. Shorten the learning curve and figure this out faster.
